Well done, that's great achievement.
Might be worth giving them a ring and finding out what number you are within the pool and how many they are taking on.

Think everyone will be given a score which will determine your place within the pool.

How was your interview and role play? Was you confident coming out of it?

Thanks Joel

The interview seemed ok but it was very hard to gauge anything from it tbh
The role play involved an actor who was very good at diverting the conversation form the task you are assigned to do - get permission for a fire safety check

I will see if there is a ranking / holding list order, good idea!

Just been through it with south Wales and waiting on results now so know what you mean with the actor. They are v good to be fair. You managed to complet it in time I guess though?
Last year I am certain they had a order in which they recruited from the pool so confident they will have the same and hopefully you will be on the next course.

I heard there is a lot of expected retirement's in SWFRS so good chance same with mid and west and there for more courses run within the 2 years of the pool.

Was you able to gain any info mating from ringing up as to what it means to be in the pool?

I just been told I'm in the pool as well with SW so I'm in the same boat as you. Rang them and they said they are not allowed to say so wonder if they are still sorting orders out.
